Quality health care in today's world is not only a necessity but also a right that we global citizens should strive to ensure that it is at our disposal. Health is wealth and this should instigate professionalism, commitment and also care when dealing with health related issues. Girls and young women are adversely affected by various situations such as pregnancies, menstrual cycles and parturition. All these are biological phenomenon’s that may in one way affect their social lives and also their health. ART ACCORDING TO THE AKAMBA COMMUNITY

In most of the African communities, art is generally about the people's way of life. Art themes are mainly based on the representation of the daily life and the real African culture. I being part of the Bantu speaking group in Kenya especially the Akamba community, can relate well to how art is showcased at different stages of ones life in our community. The Akamba community are known to have originated from the Congo forest in West Africa. Art in the Akamba community is evident through; decorations of the body, homes and ritual objects specifically to enhance physical appearance or for glamour. In this case art is considered beautiful. The Akamba people are considered the  best skilled carvers, who can practically make simple and magnificent artefacts which are used as pieces of art to decorate their homesteads. FILM AS AN ART

Film can be viewed as a form of art or entertainment. Art is generally anything that expresses feelings or captures moments, while film is basically motion pictures, movies or photoplay. Films display different types of arts whereby some qualify as artworks while some do not. Film as an art portrays the photographic record of an artistic performance within different aspects of filming. Several dimensions that show film as an art are; photographic art, narrative art, performing art, pictorial art and audiovisual art. Films may be stories but they are not directly told: they are enacted; this shows that film is a performing art since that would make it a form of theatre. Movies are truly a form of art because they capture the world’s heart and soul or the heart of a generation or simply an idea.
